You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Koda offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro). Paid plans are billed monthly.
Koda may offer discount codes through affiliate partners. Discount codes are valid only for the specified subscription plans and time periods. Codes cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value. Koda reserves the right to deactivate discount codes at any time.
The Koda platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Koda and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using Koda, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
Koda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be published successfully to TikTok. TikTok API availability is outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or TikTok account access. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use of Koda after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
